Talking is Teaching with Papa Rap!

Early Learning Works invites families with children birth through 8 years old to join us for this fun opportunity to talk, read, and sing! We’ll have special guest, Papa Rap, to entertain and educate!

This event includes  a free dinner, time to enjoy a book with your child, and a free book to take home.
