Food on the Move

Food on the Move will hold a Chamberlain Park Community Food and Resource Festival tonight from 5:30pm until 7:30pm. The event will offer fresh produce and resources for the community. Food on the Move offers a “Pay-as-You-Can” model to allow guests of every background to participate and support the initiative while ensuring families in need of assistance are given access to fresh produce, hot meals, and community resources in a way that treats all guests equally.

Tulsa Public Schools

Summer Café

Tulsa Public Schools Summer Café offers free meals to children under 18 during the summer months. All sites are closed today, Tuesday, June 20. However, you are encouraged to check the website to see if it reopens tomorrow. The site includes a list of sites and hours for each.

Cooling and Power Stations

The following cooling stations are open for anyone without power needing a place to cool down or charge their phones and/or medical devices. 

  • Reed Park Community Center, 4233 S. Yukon Ave. – Open 8am – 8pm through the rest of the week 
  • Lacy Park Community Center, 2134 N. Madison Pl. – Open 8am – 8pm through the rest of the week 
  • John 3:16 Mission, 906 N. Cheyenne Ave. – 8am – 8pm
  • Salvation Army, 102 N. Denver Ave. – 8am – 8pm 
  • Tulsa County Social Services, 2301 Charles Page Blvd. – 8am – 8pm 
  • Case Community Center, 1050 W. Wekiwa Rd., Sand Springs, OK, 74063 – 8am – 8pm 
  • Hutcherson YMCA, 1120 E. Pine St., Tulsa, OK, 74106, 8am – 8pm 
  • Crosstown Church of Christ, 3400 E. Admiral Pl. – 24/7 
  • Open through Thursday at 5pm 
  • Leashed pets are allowed thanks to Humane Society of Tulsa
